This video shows an original screen-used filming model of a Boeing 747, built for a major 1990s movie and preserved as a piece of movie history. A calm, contemplative walkaround focusing on miniature craftsmanship, scale detail, and cinematic heritage. This miniature airplane is an original screen-used filming model: the Boeing 747 Air Force One from the Independence Day (1996) movie directed by Roland Emmerich. The movie starring Will Smith, Jeff Goldblum, Bill Pullman, Judd Hirsch, Mary McDonnell ... Air Force One is the U.S. Army Air Force aircraft carrying the president of the United States. We bought it at auction and placed it in a diorama built especially for it ! The original model plane is at the 1/100 scale. Escorted by its two fighter jets : F-14 & F-15.
