And with some paid for apps, like Notion, Craft, Things 3 and others asking for more money... the Apple ecosystem might be the best free productivity system out there. In todays video I share automations, shortcuts and tricks that make all these apps works seamlessly together in one digital productivity ecosystem. How to Build a Quick Note & Reminder Shortcut on iPhone: STEP 1 - ASK FOR TEXT Add an “Ask for Input” action set to Text. Use the prompt: “What’s your note?” — this captures whatever you want to remember. STEP 2 - CREATE A NOTE Add a “Create Note” action. Set the content to the Ask for Input variable from Step 1, then choose which Folder you want it saved to. STEP 3 - ASK FOR DATE Add another “Ask for Input” action, this time set to Date. Use the prompt: “When do you want to be reminded?” STEP 4 - ASK FOR
