The Antec Flux Pro Noctua Edition is, ultimately, a Flux Pro (review linked below) but with Noctua fans and accessories, including a nicer fan hub, a keychain, some extensions, and brown colorway applied to the case. At $400, it's brutally expensive. You'll get comparable performance from plenty of other cases (including the Antec Flux Pro) for cheaper, so this mostly comes down to Noctua itself.
