Their whole storyline with the creature in the meat truck, the vines attacking the vehicle, and the race to get everything to the incinerator gives this stretch some of its biggest action so far. At the same time, the emotional side of the group keeps getting messier. El is frustrated because she can’t help the way she wants to, Mike is struggling with how protective he’s been, and Nikki starts feeling like she doesn’t really belong with the group.
