I feel for the young people of today looking at buying a house. In my day, it was about 3x the average wage to purchase a home. In some places now, its 15x the wage. Add to that, the government is leaving the future generations with a $1 trillion dollar debt that they'll have to pay off. It's time to wake up to ourselves as a country and get it back on track.
