Sponsor: ID-Cooling Frozn A720 Black on Amazon https://geni.us/VDnou4Y We're reviewing a Cyberpower Pre-Built Gaming PC, revisiting the company a year after our last review of one of their computers. Unfortunately, we'd still recommend the first thing you do with a Cyberpower PC is replace its CPU cooler. This time, instead of overheating and throttling hard, the system has some of the worst pump whine we've ever heard. The system also didn't turn on at boot, which was a new one for us, as its SSD was dead on arrival. After replacing the SSD with our own and installing Windows, we found it still had some issues with BIOS and thermals.
