I Felt Like Garbage Today

I felt terrible this morning. Today was my second day of my new gym routine. It was pull day. I started with 10 min of jogging on the treadmill at 7km/h then proceeded to do 2 sets of lat pulldowns, 2 sets of seated rows, 2 sets of reverse flys on the machine, 2 sets of dumbbell bicep curls, 2 sets of pullups, 2 sets of dumbbell rows, 2 sets of one arm dumbbell rows, and finally 2 sets of dumbbell shrugs. I finished with another 10 min on the treadmill at 7km/h. I then went home and stretched and did some light ab work. Wow, what a day. It's funny because I worked harder today even though I was more tired. I did a total of 16 worksets. Tomorrow is leg day. Thanks for all your supportive comments. Stay strong.
