Suicides in ICE detention centers rise in past year

NBC News analyzed more than a thousand 911 calls from ICE facilities across the country showing a rise in self-harm and suicides. Homeland Security says it's simply because there are more people detained, something experts push back on. Julia Ainsley reports.
