Shaun Micallef has graced our TV screens since 1989 from crime comedy Mr and Mrs Murder, to long running game show Talkin' About Your Generation, and might be best known for his weekly satirical news comedy Mad as Hell. But he's not averse to tackling the big issues either. His latest series Going for Broke examines our national gambling habit. Not content with TV, he's also just written another book, this one about the origin story of Dracula. In today's conversation, with senior culture writer Kerrie O'Brien, the beloved lawyer turned funny man joins us for a chat about two-up, his lack of interest in sport, and what drives him to keep coming up with new ideas for documentaries. #comedy #trending #newvideo #youtube #subscribe Subscribe to our YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/c/smh Subscribe to our journalism: https://subscribe.smh.com.au/ https://subscribe.theage.com.au/ Listen to our podcasts: https://podcasts.smh.com.au/ https://podcasts.theage.com.au/
