Another childhood favourite from Chef Santiago Lastra at Michelin-starred KOL Restaurant 🇲🇽 Pelón Pelo Rico is an iconic Mexican candy with sweet, sour and spicy chilli-tamarind flavours - and yes, the name translates to “Delicious Bald Hair” 😂 The guys were seriously impressed by the complexity of flavours… especially for a kids’ sweet.
