The first high school humanoid robot soccer final is underway over May 23-24 at Tsinghua University High School in Beijing's Haidian District. Eight teams are battling it out – no remote control, all actions decided live by student-written code. This first-of-its-kind tournament is testing programming, teamwork and algorithm skills, marking a key step for embodied AI education in schools.
