There's been another fatal shark attack in Queensland, this time near Cairns. A 38-year-old spear fisherman was in the water when he was attacked and then hauled back onto a boat by witnesses who motored to shore. He was still alive, but we're told he had died before he reached help at the Hull River Boat Ramp.
