In a social media post Saturday, President Trump said an agreement between the United States and Iran has been “largely negotiated” and the agreement was "subject to finalization" by the U.S., Iran and mediating nations. He added that "in addition to many other elements of the agreement, the Strait of Hormuz will be opened." The President did not provide more details and there was no immediate confirmation from Iran or Israel. The President didn't mention any agreement on Iran’s nuclear program, a key sticking point.
