Specialty chemicals company Anupam Rasayan India is set to acquire up to a 43.3% stake in Bliss GVS Pharma for an estimated ₹1,369.51 crore. The deal also includes an open offer for an additional 26% stake, strengthening Anupam Rasayan’s push into the pharmaceutical and CDMO space.
