The National Bureau of Investigation said several individuals may face arrest warrants from the International Criminal Court and stressed that their agency is prepared to enforce them. On Friday, the Philippine National Police said that all of its units have been instructed to locate and serve the arrest warrant against Sen. Ronald "Bato" Dela Rosa.
