Tilba Dairy is a 28-year-old family business in New South Wales that evolved from plain dairy farming to producing award-winning artisanal products. The dairy purchased the 120-year-old Tilba Cheese Factory 14 years ago and now produces milk, yoghurt, cream and cheeses using Jersey cows and local produce.
