The easiest part of converting a tub to shower is installing a Tile Redi Shower Pan 😄. It's truly the easiest tile shower pan to install! Here's a few tips on installing a Tile Redi Pan: 1. Use a modified thinset to adhere to a wood or concrete subfloor. I'm using Mapei Ultralite thinset in this installation - https://shoplowes.me/49mDb36 2. Use a 1/2" x 1/2" trowel - https://amzn.to/4uwA3Kl 3. Back butter the Tile Redi Pan 4. Set pan and shim walls to keep pan in place 👍 That's really it 😄 If you have any subfloor that is over 3/8" out of level, I recommend using a floor leveler to level things out before setting pan.
