He sells S$6.90 nasi lemak — but earns just S$1.30 a plate

Jonas Koh needs to sell at least 40 plates of nasi lemak a day before he can draw his own salary. At S$6.90 a plate, he keeps about S$1.30 after subtracting costs for ingredients, rent and utilities.
