The sentence of two teenage boys who avoided jail for raping two girls has been referred to the Court of Appeal, the prime minister has confirmed. The 15-year-olds raped the girls in separate attacks in Fordingbridge, Hampshire, in November 2024 and January 2025. Footage was also recorded and shared on social media.
