BP said it had ousted its chairman after "serious concerns raised to the board related to important governance standards, oversight and conduct". BP removed its chairman Albert Manifold, who was only appointed last July, because of complaints about his "aggressive" management style, company insiders have told Sky's Mark Kleinman.
