Patients and bereaved families say they are disappointed by delays to setting up a public inquiry into the Tees, Esk and Wear Valleys mental health trust promised nearly six months ago. The Trust in north east England has been at the centre of allegations that poor care, mismanagement and tragic failures have cost some patients their lives.
