A 27-year-old woman was attacked at knifepoint and dragged towards a waiting car in an attempted kidnapping at Warwick Farm in Sydney's west. The woman had pulled over to change a flat tyre on Browne Parade when two men ambushed her in broad daylight, with police believing her tyre may have been deliberately tampered with. Brave bystanders intervened to stop the attack, and police later arrested two men aged 24 and 22 in Auburn after the victim remembered the vehicle's number plate.
