China Is Delaying Approvals of Airbus Deliveries

For the past several months, the Civil Aviation Administration of China has delayed the final approval that allows Airbus jets to enter the country and be put into service, according to people familiar with the matter. The move signals impatience with how long European regulators are taking to certify Chinese-made aircraft.
