Vlad graduated from the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences, majoring in Psychology, and later completed a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Psychological Counseling, and Psychotherapy at Babeș-Bolyai University. Throughout his years of study, he became involved in various volunteer projects. He developed and coordinated university integration activities with students, while also leading workshops and providing career counseling.
