The number of young people not in education, employment or training - known as NEETs - is set to rise to 1.25 million unless urgent action is taken. An independent review has been carried out by former Labour health secretary Alan Milburn, who is presenting his findings. He spoke to Sky News about the struggles and challenges facing young people and the risk they have of becoming "the bedroom generation".
