Gwyneth Paltrow says that becoming an empty nester was a catalyst for returning to the big screen in "Marty Supreme." Paltrow said that the schedule of being an actor was not ideal for raising her children, Apple and Moses, so she redirected her energy to her business, which now includes a Goop Kitchen opening in New York City. Paltrow joked that her children "abandoned me and went to college as they're supposed to do," making the timing of "Marty Supreme" "beautiful." "I jumped back in with two feet, and I had the best time."
