Marla Mindelle, co-creator of the musical parody “Titaníque” and who stars as Cèline Dion in the show, joins Saturday TODAY to celebrate theiir four Tony nominations and shares her feelings about the production’s journey to becoming a smash hit. “I am so grateful. I try not to get emotional because it just feels like it doesn’t really happen like this. It feels like such an underdog, kind of rags-to-riches story,” she says. Mindelle also reveals how her impersonation of Cèline Dion and comedic improvisations came to be, saying, “You’re never going to see the same show twice.”
