Footage of Katie Thomas' traffic stop went viral after she was accused of holding a phone in her right hand while driving. The only problem: she doesn't have a right hand. Court records show the citation has been dismissed at the officer's request. CBS News' Cristian Benavides spoke exclusively with Thomas about the stop and the ensuing social media storm.
