Two brothers will not face a third trial on allegations they assaulted a police officer at Manchester Airport in July 2024, Liverpool Crown Court heard. Mohammed Fahir Amaaz and Muhammad Amaad were accused of using a "high level of violence” to cause actual bodily harm to Pc Zachary Marsden during the confrontation. Footage of the incident went viral on social media. Both men denied the charge.
