Israel's military has dropped flyers on towns in Southern Lebanon, warning people not to approach the area. Displaced families have been returning to destroyed homes amid a fragile lull in fighting. But renewed strikes and stalled negotiations are raising fears that the violence could return, as talks continue over Israel’s withdrawal, Hezbollah’s role, and the future of the south.
