Two killed as building collapses at Gikomba

Two people have been confirmed dead after a building collapsed at Gikomba Market on Thursday night. The deaths were partly attributed to the weakened state of the structure, which had already been damaged by a fire last week. Emergency responders continued search and rescue operations at the scene amid fears that more people could still be trapped beneath the debris.
