Kericho doctors strikes over failed CBA implementation

Doctors in Kericho downs their tools accusing the county of failing to implement the collective bargaining agreement signed in March 2025. Kenya Medical Practitioners, Pharmacists and Dentists Union also demands salary arrears of 8 doctors who have been working without pay for three months. The industrial action has disrupted delivery of critical health services at the Kericho County Referral Hospital.
