OC Transpo passengers faced more delays this morning after a software issue at the St. Laurent Boulevard garage prevented some electric buses from fully charging overnight. CTV's Kimberley Johnson reports that Amalgamated Transit Union Local 279 president Noah Vineberg says there was a scramble to get operators to different locations to minimize the impact on riders; thousands of people gathered across Ontario, including at the Human Rights Monument in Ottawa and in Kanata, as part of organized demonstrations protesting against Premier Doug Ford.
