SpaceX is dominating its competitors and has conquered the spaceflight industry! Over the past 10 years, the company has gone from 3 launches to 96. SpaceX now makes up nearly half of all global launches and 80% of payload mass launched into space. Elon Musk founded SpaceX with the ultimate goal of making space travel cheaper and eventually allowing humans to to reach the Moon and Mars. Today, the company's Falcon 9 rocket is arguably the most reliable rocket ever built with well over 200 consecutive successful launches. While SpaceX's Starship rocket has already reached space and will be able to lift 250 metric tons to low-earth orbit in the coming years, the competition is still working on matching the Falcon 9. As a result, SpaceX stands alone in the commercial space industry and no clear competitor is on the horizon. But no matter what happens, the company has played a crucial role in humanity taking another step towards the stars. Flourish (used for graphs): https://flourish.s
