If you've been choosing Greek yoghurt because you thought it had more protein, Talking Point's lab results may surprise you. Talking Point sent five Greek yoghurts and five Greek-style yoghurts to a lab to compare their protein content. The results showed that some Greek-style yoghurts matched their Greek yoghurt counterparts. So what is the real difference? It comes down to how they are made. Greek yoghurt is thickened naturally through straining, while Greek-style yoghurt often uses added ingredients to achieve a similar texture and boost its protein content. Both can be high in protein, but Greek yoghurt may help you feel fuller for longer. #cnainsider #greekyoghurt #protein For more, SUBSCRIBE to CNA INSIDER! https://cna.asia/insideryoutubesub Follow CNA INSIDER on: Telegram: https://t.me/CNAInsiderSG Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/cnainsider/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/cnainsider/ Website: https://cna.asia/cnainsider
