WATCH: Vucic's Resignation Bombshell Comes With Loyalty Pledge To Moscow And Beijing Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic announced on Saturday that he intends to submit his resignation within the coming weeks, while pledging to campaign for his Serbian Progressive Party ahead of elections that have not yet been scheduled, telling supporters at a rally in Belgrade that he would stand with the party again if asked to help secure victory.
