While the Paramount-Warner Bros merger has been approved by the DOJ, California Attorney General Rob Bonta is still investigating. “We have to be concerned,” says Bonta. He tells Jacob Soboroff that his office is investigating the merger as “the transaction has not cleared regulator scrutiny” adding “there are red flags in the air everywhere.” Bonta and other Attorneys General also continue to take on President Trump in court over “delusional” election lies.
