Mexico and the United States reopened Saturday a sterile fly production facility in the southern Mexican state of Chiapas, expanding efforts to contain the New World screwworm, a livestock pest that has disrupted cross-border cattle trade. Mexico has 1,907 active cases, while the United States recently confirmed its first domestic cases in years. (AP video by Edgar H. Clemente).
