After days of renewed hostilities, the United States and Iran have agreed to end the back-and-forth fighting around the Strait of Hormuz and resume peace talks to end the 5-month war. A senior Trump administration official tells MS NOW that technical talks are on track for the coming days as planned. The Morning Joe panel discusses whether this on-again-off-again fighting and pausing amounts to any sort of progress when it comes to ending the war in the region.
