From July 1, tens of thousands of Australians will gain new and expanded access to affordable medicines through the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme, including treatments for severe asthma, Type 1 diabetes, growth deficiency, muscle damage, and various cancers. Neffy, a nasal spray form of adrenaline, will be available for the first time for people at risk of anaphylaxis, offering an alternative to the EpiPen injection for approximately 150,000 Australians. #PBS #affordablemedicines #healthcare #Neffy
