Russia has claimed its military carried out a series of successful strikes against Ukrainian positions near the frontline city of Kostyantynivka in the Donetsk region. According to the Russian defence ministry, reconnaissance units from the 6th Motor Rifle Division identified two temporary Ukrainian deployment sites before directing artillery fire that allegedly destroyed the positions. Russian officials also said they tracked a Ukrainian reconnaissance drone, located its UAV control post, and destroyed it with a 152mm Msta-B howitzer strike.
