Her talk explores the idea that true independence is not isolation, but finding the confidence to claim your “51%” and show up as yourself. Anush Aslanyan is the Co-founder of the NGO “Equal Rights, Equal Opportunities” and the social enterprise “EREOstyle.” Her initiatives are aimed at empowering people with disabilities and creating inclusive employment opportunities. In 2019, she launched the “EREOstyle” initiative, which produces souvenirs while creating job opportunities for people with disabilities.
