How do abiotic factors shape an ecosystem? In this lesson for high school students, we begin to consider what makes up the biosphere of Earth. We’ll be visiting ecosystems in many of the Earth’s major biomes as we go through the unit and looking for ways that the species found in each are uniquely adapted to the abiotic conditions found there. Be sure to look for these adaptations as we go! This lesson is from MiaPrep's Environmental Science course.
