The United Nations said tens of thousands of Venezuelans face hunger, homelessness and disease, as the country struggles with the aftermath of last week’s double earthquake. More than 1,900 people are now confirmed dead, tens of thousands of others are still unaccounted for. In the worst hit areas, the UN said basic services collapsed and foot shortages are widespread, with communication almost impossible. The BBC's Latin America correspondent Will Grant reported from the coastal town of Caraballeda in La Guaira - one of the hardest hit areas by the earthquakes.
