Department of Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin celebrated Iran’s World Cup exit on Monday, saying he “might’ve sung a song or two or maybe even danced a happy dance," according to Sports Business Journal. CNN has reached out to DHS and FIFA for comment.
