Aid groups are warning that Venezuela's fragile healthcare system is being pushed to its limits, a week after two powerful earthquakes hit the country. Damaged and understaffed hospitals are becoming overwhelmed by injured patients, whilst infectious diseases spread in the disaster zone. More than 1,900 people have now been confirmed dead with more than 40,000 still missing, since the back-to-back quakes struck an area near the capital Caracas on Wednesday 24 June.
