At 3am, in the pitch dark, in the bitter cold, on the side of Mount Cho Oyu, Bo Parfet found a stranger dying in the snow while many climbers stepped past him. He stopped. That choice nearly cost him the summit, and it lit something in him that no mountain ever had. Years later, that same fire would help bring 50,000 people from blindness to eyesight, and unlock a quarter million lives in the process. This is a talk about what happens when your soul, not your summit, becomes the goal. Bo Parfet is Managing Principal and Head of Growth at DLP Capital, a $5+ billion company. Beyond the boardroom, he's a 3X author, explorer, speaker, and ski mountaineer. A 2026 Ski Hall of Fame nominee, Bo is among a small group to have climbed Mount Everest from both the Nepal and Tibet sides, in addition to completing the Seven Summits and climbing K2.
