In her TEDx talk, she examines the invisible barriers, stereotypes, and social norms that quietly shape our decisions and perceptions. Challenging the assumption that what is common is automatically correct, she encourages audiences to question accepted norms and think more critically about what is truly right. Iroda Rashidova is a second-year International Relations student at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy (UWED). She has over two years of experience teaching English online and has contributed to several high-level official events as a volunteer translator and coordinator. As a member of UWED’s Protocol Group, Iroda has been involved in welcoming ambassadors, diplomats, and senior government officials, as well as supporting international conferences, diplomatic meetings, and official ceremonies.
