A 124-member Vietnamese search-and-rescue team continued operations in La Guaira, one of the regions hardest hit by Venezuela's June 24 earthquakes, using rescue dogs, heavy machinery and specialist equipment to search for survivors and recover victims trapped beneath collapsed buildings.
