The "AI+" initiative is China's national action plan to drive AI into every corner of the economy. Few have witnessed this journey as closely as Feng Junlan. As the chief scientist of China Mobile, one of the nation's largest telecom carriers, she has been working on large language models for more than ten years. She believes AI should not be "a magic box." It must be trustworthy, secure and safe.
